Summer Fun with Brooklyn

Brooklyn, we had so much fun with you last summer that we hope you will bring baby Sammy and your mommy and daddy to see us again this summer. We will try to have some bunnies for you to chase as well. We love you.

Each bag contained over 4 dozen cobs, we each had anywhere from 20 to 35 bags to sell each day. As the day got longer each bag I'm sure weighed more, but of course we are old and get tired as the days go by. We did have some fun in seeing old friends and making new ones.

This is a picture of the house that we helped build. Joan and George had new siding put on and planted the trees so it does look different. We tore down our old house and built this one, will try and find a pictue of the old house. This was built in 1950 or 51.

This is another picture of the barn and us three girls, we spent a lot of time playing in the hay loft of this old barn. Also had to pitch bundles into the top door.
